How we came to be the restaurant we are today
Chef and owner Pietro Carcioppolo arrived to the US in 1979 determined to fulfill his lifelong dream. His vision was to open an Italian restaurant that would provide his customers with the most memorable dining experience they would ever have. Pietro, alongside wife Antonella, opened Gabriella Italian Restaurant in 1997 and their goal was to give patrons savory Italian dishes along with exciting and creative daily specials.
In September of 2013 an electrical fire did extensive damage to the restaurant, thus closing it's doors for nearly 8 months. Renovations and remodeling took place as eager patrons awaited the return of this local favorite.
The restaurants doors reopened in April of 2014 and patrons were greeted with a new, sophisticated and stylish look to the exterior and interior of Gabriella's.
